What is Customize Facial?
A customized facial is designed around your skin on the day, not a fixed menu. Lobna starts by looking closely at your skin and asking what's bothering you, whether that's dryness, breakouts, dullness or sensitivity, and then builds the treatment step by step.
It's a calm, unhurried session of deep cleansing, exfoliation, gentle extractions when needed, a targeted mask and a relaxing facial massage. You'll leave with a fresh, healthy glow and simple advice to keep your skin looking its best at home.

Every product and step is chosen after looking at your skin that day, so the facial can focus on hydration, clarity, calming or brightening, depending on what you need.
How often should I get a facial?
About every 4 to 6 weeks works well for most people, since that matches the skin's natural renewal cycle.
Is it suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes. Let Lobna know about any sensitivities or allergies and she'll use gentle products and skip anything that may irritate.
Can I wear makeup afterwards?
You can, but your skin will look its best if you let it breathe for the rest of the day.
Do I need a consultation first?
Your first visit always starts with a short consultation. Lobna looks at your skin, asks about your health, medications and goals, and confirms the treatment is right for you before anything begins. If it isn't the best fit, she'll suggest something that is.
